As per the latest updates, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) met with 14 builders last weekend to end the acrimony between thousands of builders and buyers. After the meeting, the latter yielded a roadmap to render the residential units to the home purchasers.
The main agenda of conducting the meeting was to take a committed timeline for delivery of residences to the home purchasers from all builders. As per the #GNIDA officials, the developers have promised the CEO of #GNIDA, Shri Amit Mohan Prasad that they will hand over nearly 7200 residential units by Dec 2017.
The CEO said, “They have submitted a road map to hand over residential units to the homebuyers, which will be closely monitored by us,” Prasad said. “The builders have also discussed their problems in detail. Some of them are facing genuine issues, which will be resolved at the earliest, keeping in mind the interest of the homebuyers.”
Total 14 builders, including Morpheus Group, Rudra Buildwell Realty Pvt. Ltd, Earthcon Universal Infratech, Unitech, and Nirala Infratech have submitted completion plan for delayed flats to the authority. As per the sources, total 14 group housing projects were reviewed.
The developers have yielded a detailed report for each and every project in which the number of bookings, the number of units, the number of projects, sold, unsold, and expected possession date will be included, whether they have applied for the rescheduled payment plan and project settlement policy etc.
Shri Prasad said, “Each project will be taken up and solutions for completion, occupancy certificates, etc. will be worked out at an individual project level. The direction to the builders is to deliver without delays.”
